Refunds

If a service is canceled 24+ hours before the appointment, a full refund is issued.

If the service is incomplete or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours. We may offer a re-service or partial refund based on assessment.

Non-Refundable

  • Same-day cancellations
  • Service refusal due to client-provided incorrect or unsafe conditions
